With tiny feeding co.,
you get support that goes
beyond the basics.
At Tiny Feeding Co., we know that feeding and developmental challenges rarely come with a simple solution. That's why Jacklynn's dual expertise as both an IBCLC and an OT means your family gets a level of care that goes beyond what a single provider can typically offer.
Whether you're in your first days of breastfeeding, working through a diagnosis, or just feeling like something isn't quite right, we're here to help you find answers and move forward with confidence.
All of our services are available at our El Paso clinic inside EP Speech Pathology, and many can be provided in your home.
Breastfeeding & Lactation Support
you deserve a beautiful journey
Our breastfeeding and lactation services are provided by Jacklynn in her capacity as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
One of the biggest advantages of starting with a lactation visit is access. Because IBCLC services don't require a referral from a prescribing provider, we can typically get you in much sooner. If an occupational therapy need is identified during your visit, Jacklynn is uniquely qualified to recognize it and guide your next steps, so you're never left wondering where to turn.
These visits cover care for both parent and baby, and the visit price reflects that. You won't need to book a separate appointment for each.
Functional feeding observation
Mastitis management
Breast pump guidance & flange sizing
Pumping routines
Return-to-work planning
Low- or over-supply of milk
What We Focus On
Breastfeeding / chestfeeding support
Positioning and latch
Milk transfer and feeding efficiency
Parent education and confidence-building
Oral Function & Tethered Oral Tissues
Occupational Therapy Screening
During your lactation visit, Jacklynn may offer a brief occupational therapy screen if she observes signs that your baby may benefit from additional support. This screen looks at oral motor function, posture, body tension, and strength, and is used only to determine whether a full OT evaluation would be beneficial. It is not a full evaluation or treatment session. If a full OT evaluation is recommended, we will walk you through what that process looks like.
Pricing & Insurance
IBCLC lactation services are covered through The Lactation Network and Wildflower, and are otherwise private pay. During your intake, you will receive a link to fill out to verify insurance coverage through them. We do not bill insurance for lactation visits. Payment is due at the time of service. Please contact us for current visit pricing and to ask about package options.

kindness notes
“I would recommend Jacklynn’s services to anyone in need of support & guidance in a heartbeat! Working with her I was able to learn how to have a positive, pain free experience nursing my first baby. She guided me in latching techniques, and body balancing activities for my newborn. She also provided amazing support during a difficult time with mastitis, offering lymphatic massage and advice to manage pain.
So grateful to have been supported through this journey!“
Occupational Therapy
tiny moments matter
OT is a natural next step when a baby is showing signs of developmental concerns that go beyond feeding alone. Jacklynn's background in early childhood intervention and Level IV NICU care means she has worked with some of the most complex infant presentations, and she brings that clinical depth to every OT evaluation and treatment session.
If occupational therapy is recommended, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support may be incorporated into treatment when it is clinically appropriate, so your feeding goals and your developmental goals can be addressed together.
Infant and pediatric occupational therapy services at Tiny Feeding Co. are provided by Jacklynn in her capacity as a licensed Occupational Therapist, and are billed separately in accordance with insurance requirements.
What we can help with:
Tummy time struggles or refusal
A flat spot developing on your baby's head (plagiocephaly)
Suspected torticollis or neck tightness
Early developmental delays
Feeding difficulties related to oral motor function, strength, or posture
Concerns following a NICU stay or preterm birth
What’s in our toolbox?
Craniosacral therapy
Myofascial release
Total Motion Release
Muscle strengthening and activity tolerance
Therapeutic tummy time
Neonatal Touch and Massage Therapy
Developmental play
Pricing & Insurance
Occupational therapy services are billed through insurance. Depending on your insurance plan, a prescription from your baby's primary care provider may be required before an evaluation can take place. We recommend contacting your insurance provider ahead of time to understand your benefits and any referral requirements.
Please contact us with questions about insurance, coverage, or out-of-pocket costs and we'll do our best to help you navigate the process.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
We require all of our clients to have a referral for occupational therapy by a pediatrician, family doctor, or other prescribing provider. This makes it easier for all of us when it comes to state regulations, insurance regulations, and collaborating as a team.
-
We almost always recommend starting with a lactation visit if breastfeeding is part of your concern. Lactation visits don't require a referral, and we can typically get you in much sooner. Jacklynn can screen for OT needs during that visit and refer you into the OT process if needed, so you're not waiting longer than necessary to get support.
-
Yes. Depending on your baby's needs, Jacklynn may incorporate feeding support into OT treatment when it is clinically indicated. She'll guide you through what that looks like for your specific situation.

Jacklynn specializes in infant and pediatric care. Contact us to discuss your child's age and needs and we'll let you know how we can help.

“I have so many great things to say about Jackee that I don't even know where to begin! I am so grateful for her and forever will be! I had my first baby and breastfeeding has been a difficult journey for me and Jackie has been by my side since the beginning. My first 4 months consisted of mainly pumping because of my baby's latch.
After months endless pumping and working with Jackie I am now 7 months pp and exclusively breastfeeding! I honestly can't thank her enough! She has been so supportive and there are many times when I wanted to give up and she stuck right by my side. I saw 2 other LC's at the beginning and they were nothing compared to the knowledge and compassion that Jackie has. I highly recommend her to everyone! If you are having trouble breastfeeding please see Jackee she will really help you and she cares! I promise you will not regret it!”
Therapeutic Ultrasound
targeted healing support
Therapeutic ultrasound is a clinically guided treatment that uses sound wave technology to promote healing in soft tissue. It can be an effective option for certain conditions affecting the breast and surrounding tissue, and is available as a standalone add-on to either a lactation or occupational therapy visit. With therapeutic ultrasound, we will make recommendations that align with the mastitis protocol. If a full lactation assessment is recommended, we will let you know so that you can schedule that.
Things we’re able to treat with Ultrasound:
Mastitis
Clogged ducts
Scar tissue
This service is provided by Jacklynn and is available to clients who are already receiving lactation or OT services, as well as those who need this treatment on its own. A prescription from a physician is required before therapeutic ultrasound can be provided.
Common reasons it’s used in breast-related care:
Therapeutic ultrasound (used by clinicians, not diagnostic imaging) delivers sound waves that:
Increase blood flow to the tissue
Promote tissue healing and remodeling
Reduce inflammation
Help break down scar tissue or adhesions
Support lymphatic drainage and fluid movement
What does therapeutic breast ultrasound do?
It may be used (under a trained provider) for:
Engorgement or milk stasis
Plugged ducts
Mastitis (in some supportive care plans)
Scar tissue or fibrosis (e.g., post-surgery, injury)
Pain or restricted tissue mobility
Pricing & Insurance
Therapeutic ultrasound is a standalone service that can be added on for $80/session. Check out our patient information page for more information on insurance & pricing here.

“Jackie is absolutely fantastic! Being a first time mom she helped me through the first few days of latching issues and helping guide me to bring up my milk supply. She also supported me with starting to pump and different techniques. Truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend!”

Virtual Consults & Parent Coaching
support is everything
This virtual consult is an educational session designed to provide general information, guidance, and support related to infant feeding and developmental questions. During this session, we will discuss your concerns, review observations, and provide evidence-informed education to help you better understand your child’s development.
Please note: This consultation is not a therapeutic intervention, does not include assessment or treatment, and does not establish a client–therapist relationship. Recommendations provided are educational in nature and are not a substitute for individualized medical or therapeutic care. If clinical services are needed, appropriate referrals will be discussed.
Why should you book a consultation with Jacklynn?
As a NICU clinician and outpatient therapist who specializes in feeding, I know oftentimes parents in the NICU may not be receiving feeding therapies and may feel lost about where to go or what is happening with their infant and why. I can offer valuable insight on what questions to ask, how to advocate, and how to reach their feeding goals both in and out of the NICU.
As a parent with 4 kids, with two of them being preemies and in the NICU who has also exclusively breastfed all 3 children past the age of two and one still nursing beyond 1, I not only have clinical experience but first-hand knowledge of being a mom and going through all the feeding and developmental stages.
Pricing & Insurance
Virtual consultations and parent coaching are not billed through insurance and are entirely private pay. Please contact us for more information.
Not sure where to start?

for the professionals
Clinician Mentorship
This service is for OT/ IBCLC clinicians looking for mentorship to develop and refine critical thinking skills, discuss difficult cases, or further their knowledge in infant feeding for preemies, medically fragile feeders, tethered oral tissues, breastfeeding/lactation, and infant development.
Having worked in both NICU and outpatient I understand both worlds and can provide insight on how to help both the healthy newborn and those that may have medically complex challenges.
